SMALL GROUPS: 

Our small groups meet as breakout groups weekly at various homes of church members. They meet at a variety of times throughout the week. Contact Pastor Steve for more information!

Missions is incredibly important and we strive to aid missionaries long and short-term    whenever possible.  Short term missionaries to Haiti, Africa, Thailand, New Orleans have been supported.  Long term missionaries to Turkey, Albania, Russia, and China have and are currently supported.

Children's Church:  Available for children ages 5-10 during Sunday morning Service. We have a weekly curriculum with lessons, stories and activities.

Nursery:  Available for children ages 0-4 during Sunday morning Service.  Our Nursery is fully staffed on a revolving volunteer basis (they love kids!)

 MEN'S GROUP:

Our Men's group meets periodically and has a yearly men's conference / weekend.  Stay posted for more information!  Currently we meet Thursday mornings at 6:00 a.m. for prayer!

 STUDIES:

Bible Studies: Women's and Men's small group bible study programs.  They provide a great atmosphere for facilitating discussions, prayer and learning.  Small group programs in the past have included:

 MUSIC:  

At Rver City Wesleyan Church we believe that we were all created with abilities to serve, to lead and to worship.  While music is an effective tool it should not be the only avenue by which we worship God.  In fact, as Paul writes, our very lives should be lived in worship, as a living sacrifice (see Romans 12:1-2).   That said, we believe that worship within the church is a very important part of this living sacrifice.  We encourage you to further look into what it means to worship God, not just with song, but also with your life.  Here are are few verses that we recommend: Romans 12:1-2, John 4:21-24, 1 Corinthians 14:26, Matthew:19-22, Hebrews 13:15-16
