Previously serving three different Wesleyan Churches in Maine beginning in 1983 Steve & Nancy Sinclair arrived in Bangor on Father’s Day 1995 to establish a new Wesleyan Church to meet the needs of Bangor and the surrounding communities. The Sinclair’s are excited to be a part of church reaching out to help people see their lives transformed and empowered to live Godly lives.

Steve serves as senior pastor of River City and Nancy oversees the ministry of music.
